how can you be in the ACLU and support obama? Doesn’t make sense.
I’m fond of exaggeration, I’m sorry, a little bit more maybe. It’s quite clear that the ACLU doesn’t share the opinions of Bill O’reilly, which makes them without discussion pro-terrorism, anti-American and anti-Christian in his eyes. The thing you got to ask yourself is, should I believe this figure Bill O’reilly, who tends to shout at his guests who don’t share his beliefs and tries to demonise them or tries to belittle them in a childish way

What exactly is torture?
In my personal opinion, Music, that doesnt harm your eardrums, is not torture. its just really really annoying. but, lack of food, sleep, hygiene, is, as i said, in my opinion, torture.
BUT! there is a VERY fine line between ’stressful interrogations’ and torture.

the ACLU is there for the protection of all peoples rights, even yours, the ‘god’ (aka imaginary) of their choosing, even the tree they think they will be. or, if they think there is no afterlife, that is also their right, and the ACLU will step in accordingly.

I agree with you on a lot of this, however, we should not get rid of waterboarding. Have you seen the facts about it? Just doing this has saved thousands of lives, and people think it’s un ethical, well, when we end up only being able to interrogate terrorists with feathers and don’t get answer, maybe the US politicians will wake up and realise how important it is.

Torture should be outlawed entirely. It’s sloppy and highly unreliable. People will say anything to get the pain to stop, and it’s impossible to tell if they’re lying when their heart rate is already insanely high. There are much more effective and legal means of interrogation.
Oh, and yes, waterboarding is torture. No need to use the hyphens.
